Dr. Al LaManna “Growing up in an Italian family, music was an essential part of my childhood. My father was a minstrel as a young man in Italy. Sunday afternoons would find my father and uncles playing and singing. As a teen, I was awarded music scholarships and in college, it was recommended to me that I change my major to music. I found that singing brought me joy, confidence, security and self worth. After my salvation in 1993, I sought for some way to show God’s love back to Him. I wanted to give Him a token of my appreciation for what He has done for me. He answered and said “Sing for Me!”

Joanne Foster “I was created for worship. It is my desire to honor the Lord through worship and praise using the talents and abilities He gave me. I pray that my music would be pleasing to the Lord and that it would create an atmosphere that helps others enter in.”
Joey Sewell “My entire life I was drawn to the bass guitar. At the ripe old age of 48 I decided to take it up. The timing could not have been more perfect. The praise and worship team was in need of a bass player and I knew that God had put me in the position to learn the instrument as I glorified him in praise and worship. I am very excited to be a part of such an awesome team and feel so blessed that they have accepted me. I look forward to the future as I grow in the Lord and in my music.”
Barbara Roberts “From the time I gave my heart to Jesus as a young girl, I wanted to sing and play the piano in church to show my love for Him. Through the years I’ve come to realize that it’s much more than a beautiful lyric or melody. These are gifts with which I can magnify Jesus as my Savior, Healer, Redeemer and my Lord. It is a joy and privilege to give Him the honor and glory He deserves by joining fellow believers in worship and praise through the music ministry at RLC!”
